Welcome to Jones Associates

We are an Independent Company specialising in Residential Lettings and Block Management predominantly in the East Cheshire Area. By Client request we will market and manage properties further afield but never more than 1 hour away in order not to compromise the quality of our service. We have 30 years experience of block management, residential and commercial lettings.

We are based in Macclesfield, Cheshire in a central location close to Macclesfield Town Hall. We have a substantial knowledge of the area and local property market, enabling us to offer a high level of what is a very personal service.

Pauline Jones is the principal partner of Jones Associates North West Limited and Jones Associates Block Management Limited.

We are an Accredited member of Leasehold Knowledge Partnership and a Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents.

Jones Associates sought accreditation from the Leasehold Knowledge Partnership to enable us work with like minded people and also for the tremendous support and information that the LKP provides. Both Justin and I continually update our studies to keep up to date with legislation and activity within the property industry.
