Jones Associates was established 15 years ago by Pauline Jones and her Son, Justin, joined the Company 3 years later. The Company started as residential letting agents but has since evolved to include Block Management and now Retirement Block Management. The Company now has three generations of the Family within it, which gives added pride and commitment to the personal, hands-on , approach and attention to detail. This has seen the Companies grow, and continue to grow, with substantial business coming from existing Client and other personal recommendations.
Initially dealing with residential lettings and property management, we were approached by a long standing Client to take on board all his block management properties, shortly followed by a local developer who needed management assistance. As a result, Jones Associates Block Management was founded and continues to grow.
During this time we became affiliated with the Leasehold Knowledge Partnership. LKP are the primary inspiration in major changes happening in Leasehold Legislation, primarily Block Management , but also issues and concerns surrounding Ground Rents and Service Charges and a great source of assistance and recommendation to Jones Associates.
Helping Owners with the Right to Manage Process saw the start of another Company, Jones Associates Retirement Company. Right to Manage, although a no faults process, requires meticulous attention to detail to achieve. Our in house team are proficient in seeing it through from initial meetings with Owners to provide them with the basic information, through to the completed claim.
Jones Associates aim is to ensure that every property we deal with is managed not just to the highest possible standards, but also economically and to provide all Owners with confidence in our service.
